After your purchases, you will receive an email with tips and tricks to care for your pampas, so look out for that please. If you did not receive it, please email me at shopbellalexie@gmail.com.

Damaged boxes: I try my best to secure the dried pampas grass in their box, but some things are out of my control, so I insure the package to make sure we are covered by UPS if there is any damage to the box.  With that said, if you receive your order and the box/pampas are damaged, do not throw away the box.  Please take a photo of the box and the pampas and submit to me so that I can submit to USPS as a claim.  Once we do this, I can work on re-sending you a replacement.

We only offer cancellations within two days of purchase. The reason being is most of our items are made to order.

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery caused by mishandling of your package during the shipping process, you have 2 days from when your order is delivered to let us know. We will file a claim. I insure all packages. Please show proof of damage caused by the shipping handler. We will ask you to provide photos of the shipping packaging in the condition in which it was received; using these documents  provided, we will open a case and investigate the matter with the courier that dropped off your package.

Any parcel returned by the recipient shall be refused and returned back to the sender at their expenses.
