Our Fall 2022 Pampas Grass Drop is finally here! We are so excited to share our fall products with you! We have compiled all of the important information about this drop is one place to answer our most frequently asked questions.
WHAT IS A PAMPAS GRASS DROP?
A Pampas Grass drop is when we release NEW Pampas Grass styles and color in our best-selling Pampas Grass arrangements. These colors can be never before seen, or a popular color brought back from a previous season. These colors are SEASONAL and LIMITED EDITION so once the season is over, we might not be restocking them. We frequently host surveys and polls to see which colors our customers would like us to restock. We choose these colors based off majority votes. You can access these polls by joining the INSIDERS Facebook Group or by following us on Instagram!
WHEN IS THE LAUNCH?
The Pampas Grass 2022 Fall Drop is launching on Wednesday, August 31st at 3pm PST / 6pm PST for our VIP Waitlist and all remaining inventory will be available on the launch date on Thursday, September 1st at 3pm PST / 6pm EST for the general public.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
The Fall Pampas Grass Drop is a 2 week pre-order. All orders are expected to begin shipping by September 15th.
Please know we are working to fulfill orders as FAST and CAREFULLY as possible. We are a small but mighty warehouse in Southern California. If you provide your EMAIL at checkout, we will be sending you a weekly email update on Fridays regarding the pre-order status. Please check your spam folder and whitelist the sender: hello@glassladderco.com to make sure you receive them. We post frequent updates on both Instagram and on our Insiders Facebook Group.

HOW CAN I BE SURE I'M ON THE WAITLIST?
You will receive a confirmation email on the day you sign up for the VIP Waitlist AND on Tuesday 8/30. If you DO NOT RECEIVE a confirmation email, then you are not on the list. Please either attempt to re-sign up or contact our customer service team through the LIVE CHAT feature on our website or by email at info@shopbellalexie.com so we can make sure you are signed up properly and ready to go for launch day!

Yay! If you’re on the waitlist you will receive an email message at 3pm PST / 6pm EST with a private shopping link and your VIP discount code for launch day.
PLEASE NOTE: It can take up to 10 minutes for the link to arrive. Please be patient and do not flood our customer service line unless it has been more than 10 minutes. If you did NOT receive a confirmation email on Wednesday 8/31 (the day before the launch), then you are not signed up for the early access waitlist.
WHEN ARE YOU RELEASING NEW STYLES?
Creating our new products takes months to perfect, some products take longer than others. There are several new styles we are working on and are hoping to launch in Winter 2022. We do not have a date or exact time frame yet since we are still perfecting the designs. We want them to be perfect and the best they can possibly be. Stayed tuned for an official announcement in the coming months regarding new styles!

WHAT IS THE LAUNCH WEEK SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK OF JUNE 27-30?
We will be celebrating Launch Week with giveaways on our Instagram and in our Insiders Facebook group on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. On Launch Day, we will be having a Live Launch Party on Instagram at 11am PST / 2pm EST. We'll be celebrating the Fall Pampas Grass Drop with giveaways all week long!
